NEW THIS IBC, ENTRY LEVEL AUDIOARTS AOIP NOW WITH AUTOMATION CONTROL PLUG-IN

Audioarts DMX - Callouts

NEW BERN, NC, USA – Wheatstone’s entry-level AoIP console system is taking plug-and-play one step further this IBC show with new control plug-in for existing playback and automation systems.

The DMX console system marketed under its Audioarts value brand includes console surface and mix engine with local I/O and five-port Ethernet switch for just about any studio configuration, from a standalone on-air desk to a two-studio air/production configuration on out to a large, multi-studio network via WheatNet IP audio.

Now with the addition of the WheatNet IP automation control protocol (ACI), the DMX console system is plug-in ready for full control of major playout and automation systems as well as WheatNet IP elements and other third-party partner brands.

ACI is Wheatstone’s proprietary control protocol for its intelligent WheatNet IP studio network in use by large studio operations around the globe. With this, DMX studios now have full playout and automation control directly from the DMX console and can add touchscreen panels using WheatNet IP ScreenBuilder.

“ACI adds more scalability for those budget studios that are companions to a larger studio down the hall or for those one or two studio operations that could benefit from the flexibility of ScreenBuilder,” said Jay Tyler, Wheatstone’s Director of Sales.

Available in a 8- or 16-fader frame, the DMX console surface has full EQ and dynamics functions with OLED display on every channel.

Made by Wheatstone under its Audioarts Engineering brand, the DMX console system is engineered, manufactured and supported by Wheatstone and will be shown at Wheatstone stand 8.D91 during the IBC show.
