Audio Sales Engineer

Location: Wheatstone Corporation – New Bern, North Carolina.

Wheatstone Corporation, a leading manufacturer of professional broadcast audio consoles, AoIP networking, and studio systems, is seeking an in-house Sales Engineer to join our team. This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing sales support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional audio systems, networking (AoIP), and studio integration, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting broadcast customers, dealers, and integrators with system design and sales proposals
Demonstrating the Wheatstone gear at trade shows and customer sites
Explore new sales opportunities both within and outside of traditional broadcast, mining, and cultivating leads, and grow relationships across the audio world

Requirements:

Experience in professional audio, broadcast, or related field
Knowledge of AoIP standards (WheatNet IP & AES67) a plus
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
