Audio Sales Engineer

Location: Wheatstone Corporation – New Bern, North Carolina. 
Wheatstone Corporation, a leading manufacturer of professional broadcast audio consoles, AoIP networking, and studio systems, is seeking an in-house Sales Engineer to join our team. This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing sales support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional audio systems, networking (AoIP), and studio integration, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting broadcast customers, dealers, and integrators with system design and sales proposals
  • Demonstrating the Wheatstone gear at trade shows and customer sites
  • Explore new sales opportunities both within and outside of traditional broadcast, mining, and cultivating leads, and grow relationships across the audio world
Requirements:
  • Experience in professional audio, broadcast, or related field
  • Knowledge of AoIP standards (WheatNet IP & AES67) a plus
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
